Once you are done with medical treatment for your motorcycle or car accident, how long will it take to settle your case?
You have just finished treating for your car accident claim, and want to know how much longer it will take to settle your case.
Just as with the first part of your claim, we need the most current medical records and opinions from your doctors, before we can submit your demand. So it's the doctors' reports that will cause any initial delay. Then, once the demand is sent to the insurance company we request that they respond within 30 days. (Just like the first part of your case).
Unfortunately, because Phoenix car accident law firms rely on others to finalize their cases, it is hard to be any more specific on a time table. We are always pressing the doctors for the earliest compliance possible.
It is important to stay patient throughout the settlement process. The important thing is to get you as much money as possible, since it is your only opportunity to be fairly compensated for injuries.
Whether you have suffered soft tissue injuries, a fracture, a permanent disability, or another type of serious injury as an injured passenger or driver in a car accident that was not your fault, our Phoenix accident lawyer at Erlichman Law Firm is equipped to assist you in seeking appropriate and fair compensation. Even if you contributed to some degree to the accident, we can still represent you and seek compensation on your behalf.

Bitten in my home by an uninvited neighborhood cat. It attack me literary hanging from my arm with its teeth embedded in my wrist. Cat bites much higher risk than dog bite due to virulent aggressive bacteria they carry in their mouth.
Hospitalized for IV antibiotics after surgery on wounds to avoid blood poisoning or gangrene.
Surgeons changes alone over $60,000
